The World’s Largest Cruise Ship is Coming to Miami

The world’s largest cruise ship, Royal Caribbean’s Symphony of the Seas, will home port in Miami beginning November of 2018.

The new ship will launch in April of 2018 and spend the summer season cruising in Europe before arriving in Miami November of 2018. Once in Miami, Symphony of the Seas will be there to stay, making its home base in south Florida and sailing a year-round itinerary of 7-night cruises to the Eastern and Western Caribbean. Carnival Announces Return to Caribbean Ports

Carnival Cruise Line sent out a message from president Christine Duffy on October 20th, reminding cruisers that the Caribbean is open for business and that Carnival will soon resume sailing to ports of call  damaged by recent hurricanes.

Carnival will be returning to Grand Turk in a matter of weeks and will resume visits to San Juan, Puerto Rico on November 30th of this year and St. Thomas and St. Maarten in January of 2018.
