Miami International Airport recently announced that SAS will begin offering direct flights to Miami from Norway and Denmark in 2016. In October of this year, Austrian Airlines will begin making direct flights from Vienna to Miami, and Turkish Airlines will start flying directly from Istanbul to Miami.
These new direct international flights make it easier than ever for visitors from around the world to enjoy the many cruise itineraries available from the Port of Miami.
Port of Miami currently hosts 15 different cruise operators, including several that cater to European clientele.
In addition to the new direct flights, Miami International Airport already provides direct flight service from Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Doha, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Manchester, Milan, Moscow, Paris, Rome, and Zurich.
