There are 31 cruises scheduled to sail from Miami in February that are from 3 to 5 nights in length. If you’re in the mood for a short cruise next month you can choose from voyages on Carnival, Disney, Norwegian or Royal Caribbean ships.
The most common short cruises from Miami are the 3- and 4-night trips out to the Bahamas and back. A trip on Carnival Conquest to Freeport and Half Moon Cay can be had for slightly over $100 per person per night. Prefer Royal Caribbean? No problem. Their Freedom of the Seas also makes quick trips to the Bahamas with a visit to their private island, Cococay. And for a different kind of short Bahamas cruise (and, to be honest, a bit more expensive one), you can book a trip on Disney Magic, with all the, well, Disney magic featured on their cruises.
If you’ve already done the Bahamas cruise thing, you might want to consider a short trip to the western Caribbean. Carnival Conquest and Carnival Sunrise make 4-night westward voyages that include visits to Key West and Cozumel, Mexico.
5-night eastern Caribbean cruises on Carnival Sunrise take cruisers a bit further south than all those Bahamas cruises. In a mere 5 days Sunrise can take you all the way out to Grand Turk in the Turk and Caicos Islands and Amber Cover in the Dominican Republic. A second Sunrise 5-day itinerary also goes to Grand Turk but skips the Dominican and instead spends more time in the Bahamas.
