Royal Caribbean’s Renovated Mariner of the Seas Begins Sailing from Miami June 25th

The Mariner of the Seas has undergone an extensive renovation, bringing it up-to-date with Royal Caribbean’s Voyager Class ship standards.

On board amenities include a rock-climbing wall, ice-skating rink, mini-golf, pool-side movies, and a Royal Promenade, with shopping, cafes, and entertainment.

The Mariner of the Seas’ cruise offerings from Miami will alternate between 3 & 4 night cruises to the Bahamas. The new renovations and Voyager-class amenities give short cruise passengers an opportunity to enjoy mega-ship-type amenities not previously available on 3 & 4 night Bahamas cruises from Miami.  Continue reading →

Royal Caribbean’s Mariner of the Seas will arrive in Miami in 2018, following an extensive renovation.

Beginning in June of 2018, cruisers can sail aboard the Mariner of the Seas for 3 & 4 night cruises to the Bahamas.

Mariner of the Seas is one of Royal Caribbean’s Voyager Class ships, and offers innovative amenities such as an ice skating rink and the popular Royal Promenade, with cafes and shops in a Main Street-like atmosphere. Continue reading →

Mariner of the Seas Will Join Royal Caribbean’s Miami Fleet in 2018

Royal Caribbean’s Mariner of the Seas will home port in Miami beginning in June of 2018. Prior to making the shift, Mariner of the Seas, which has most recently been cruising in the Pacific, will enter dry dock for an extensive revitalization. Details regarding the ship’s renovations have not been released, but the Royal Caribbean website speaks of a “Tropical Transformation” with “splashy” new features, a new selection of dining options, and a few surprises.

Once the Mariner of the Seas is part of the Miami fleet, her specialty will be short get-aways to the Bahamas. The ship’s schedule for 2018 & 2019 consists of 3-night cruises to the Bahamas (Friday departures) and 4-night cruises to the Bahamas (Monday departures).  Continue reading →
