A good choice for a pre- or post-cruise stay in Miami, the Courtyard by Marriott Miami Downtown is only a mile or two from your ship’s terminal and is within walking distance of lots of interesting things to see in downtown Miami. Also a bit less expensive than some of the other choices in this part of the city.
We give this 231 room Courtyard 3 stars for the level of accommodations and amenities. Previous guests rate it as “very good”. On-site parking (both self and valet) is available, albeit pretty pricey. Not something you have to worry about if you flew into town for your cruise. “The Bistro” restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. Fully equipped fitness center and swimming pool to keep yourself energized.
